Where AI projects go wrong

The biggest reason AI pilots fail has nothing to do with the tech.

It’s everything around it.

I’ve seen pilots work really well…and then stall when it’s time to scale.

Because you actually have to manage FOUR things all at the same time.

1 - Executive alignment

You need leadership support and coverage for the people driving the change.

2. Compliance involvement

Legal, finance, operations. Bring everyone in early so you understand the rules and avoid delays later.

3. Functionality

Focus on real workflows that are manual, messy, and hard to scale. Fixing those pain points is a huge opportunity to make an impact.

4. Change management

This is the people side. It’s about who’s on board, who’s not, and how you bring them along.

You can’t do these one at a time.

They have to move together. That’s what gets something out of pilot and into real impact. If you’re working through this rightn ow, I'm happy to talk it over. Use the Book a Meeting link to find a time to connect!
