Our clients have told us we’re the ServiceNow team they wish they had. That comes from bringing more than technical expertise. Our people are senior, certified experts who are deeply accountable, care about the humans on the other side of the work, and stay alongside our clients through the hard parts of change. We show up with the A team every time.

This summer, that A team got a lot deeper. Over the past few months, we've made significant investments in our people: adding new members to our executive leadership team, a wave of senior hires across sales, delivery, and architecture, and more than one well-deserved promotion. Here's a look at who's been joining, and growing, with us.

New senior talent across delivery and architecture

Forever Human AI added a group of deeply experienced practitioners this summer to what was already an incredible team. These are some of the new faces helping out our clients:

Todd Schumacher is a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect joining us as a Principal Platform Architect. With deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM) and more, Todd excels in architecting and executing large-scale, complex ServiceNow solutions, including automations and custom integrations that reduce manual effort and drastically increase team efficiency. Todd also holds suite certifications in Financial Service Operations, Order Management, and Public Sector Digital Services.

DJ Johnk joins the team as a ServiceNow Business Process Architect with years of experience helping organizations tackle both the business and technical sides of complex service transformations. From AI-enabled workflows and CSDM architecture to large-scale implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and beyond, DJ brings deep ServiceNow expertise with 40+ implementations in healthcare, higher ed, government, and beyond.

Kristina Gralak is our new Director of Business Process Architecture, promoted after just three months as a Principal Business Process Consultant. Kristina has spent two decades in digital transformation, leading products, projects, and teams across program launches, complex multi-vendor integrations, custom app builds, and more. She has particular depth across the customer lifecycle, from lead management and marketing through customer experience and call center operations, with especially strong experience in education technology.

Petra-Gae Hawkins is our Director of Project Management & Operations. (She too started in June as a Principal Program Manager before quickly taking on more responsibility.) She draws on 20+ years of technology program and project management to help our clients use AI and ServiceNow to streamline business processes, drive productivity, reduce costs, and improve profitability. Petra is a Certified ScrumMaster, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and Project Management Professional.

Building out the executive leadership team

And as the business has grown, we’ve been intentional about putting the right leadership around it. This summer, three leaders stepped into new roles on our executive team, bringing decades of ServiceNow and operational expertise to how we grow, deliver, and support our clients going forward.

Kevin Reilly joins as Chief Sales Officer

Kevin Reilly has joined Forever Human AI as our Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales organization and drive our growth strategy. Kevin spent the last chapter of his career at a ServiceNow consultancy, joining alongside its founder in the earliest days and helping scale it into one of the most talked-about growth stories in the ServiceNow ecosystem that culminated in a major acquisition.

Our CEO Tracey Cesen put it this way: "Kevin cares deeply about people, and it drives him to build a quality growth engine - great for the clients, great for the team. I've never met someone so relationship oriented."

Kevin will work closely with Carl Luckett, who joined us earlier this summer as Head of Growth, ServiceNow & AI. Together, they’re focused on expanding our relationships with business and technology leaders and bringing the right mix of advisory, strategy, and execution to help them achieve their goals.

Ruby Ervin joins as Chief Operating Officer

Ruby Ervin has joined our executive leadership team as Chief Operating Officer, taking the reins across Finance, PMO & Project Management, Sales & Marketing Operations, and Talent Experience & Attraction. Ruby has worked closely with our CEO in past roles, and has years of experience helping companies of every size reach the next level in their operations.

“Ruby has been my right hand for almost 20 years,” said Tracey. "She takes my ideas, prunes them, improves them, and executes like no one I have ever known. She makes everything around her work better, and our clients will benefit directly from that – through stronger delivery, better consistency, and a team that can stay focused on creating real impact.”

Mike Ward transitions to Chief Technology Officer

One of the most exciting parts of this summer's announcement is proof of what's possible when you grow talent from within. Mike Ward, who has been leading our team as Director of Architecture, will transition into the role of Chief Technology Officer over the coming months. "He has built a team that is second to none. And he's done it while ensuring each and every piece of work our firm puts out is excellent, doing whatever that takes,” Tracey said. “He's won my trust and that of our clients and team, and he has earned every piece of this promotion."

A team that’s growing to help you grow

This wave of hires and promotions reflects something we care about deeply: bringing in exceptional senior talent while also building real pathways for our own people to take on bigger roles and have more impact in their work.

As Kevin and Carl like to say, more clients should be working with this team. If you want to see what a ServiceNow partner with this level of senior talent can do for your organization, let's talk.
