Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Consulting

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, current-state architecture, and ServiceNow goals.

  • Design high-level solution architectures and produce Statements of Work, proposals, and proofs of concept that communicate value clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Develop accurate project estimates (including scope, effort, phasing, and risk assumptions) in collaboration with sales and delivery leadership.

  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs, contributing technical narrative, solution diagrams, and delivery approach content.

  • Present solution recommendations and proof-of-concept demonstrations to prospects, positioning Forever Human's delivery capabilities against client needs.

  • Advise on licensing, module selection, and platform roadmap alignment during the sales cycle to ensure proposals are both compelling and deliverable.

Technical Architecture & Delivery

  • Design and govern end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions across IT and business domains, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and standards.

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow across the entire platform, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, WSD, and custom applications, ensuring a scalable and maintainable architecture.

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom scripting.

  • Guide the integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday) using Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, APIs, and custom integrations.

  • Establish and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices across development teams.

  • Oversee project delivery from planning and prototyping through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and IP development.


Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies practices within ServiceNow

  • Knowledge of AI & ML capabilities in ServiceNow, such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence.

  • Experience building and presenting demos, proof-of-concepts, or sandbox environments for prospects.

  • Ability to design custom Scoped Applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.

  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Higher Ed, Utilities, or Consumer & Retail is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Work Environment and Expectations

  • Full-time position; open to part-time or 1099 contract arrangements.

  • Travel up to 20%: primarily for client discovery sessions, proposal presentations, and project kickoffs.

  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring both independent judgment and strong teamwork.

  • Commitment to staying current with ServiceNow releases (e.g., Zurich, Australia) and emerging platform capabilities.

The ServiceNow Technical Architect / Presales Lead combines deep platform expertise with a consultative, revenue-enabling mindset. This role bridges the gap between winning new business and delivering on it; partnering with sales, clients, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions, estimate engagements accurately, and then see those solutions through to successful implementation. You're equally at home in a discovery call with a prospect as you are reviewing a technical solution with a developer or building an integration.
