Key Responsibilities
Hunt, develop, and close net-new ServiceNow opportunities across one or more workflows (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, ITOM, platform programs, and/or Moveworks).
Build and manage a healthy, high-quality pipeline with a strong focus on forecast accuracy.
Lead executive-level discovery conversations that uncover real business problems and transformation opportunities.
Partner closely with ServiceNow account teams on co-sell motions and strategic pursuits.
Shape solution approach, scope, and commercial structure in collaboration with solution consultants and delivery leaders.
Navigate complex buying groups, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Background in consulting, systems integration, or advisory services.
Experience selling managed services or multi-phase transformation programs.
Familiarity with ServiceNow partner tiers, specializations, and go-to-market programs.

Senior ServiceNow Sales Executive
ForeverHuman.ai is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Sales Executive to drive net-new growth and build long-term client relationships across the ServiceNow platform. This is a hunter-led role for an experienced seller who thrives on opening doors, shaping opportunities, and closing complex, high-value deals.
You will own the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and discovery through close, working closely with ServiceNow account teams plus ForeverHuman.ai solution consultants, delivery leaders, and executives to sell meaningful, outcome-driven transformations.
Preferred geographies: Texas and Southeast, NYC and Northeast, Midwest and Rockies.
Available to travel up to 50%.
