Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of IT-focused ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow’s Implementation and Technical Best Practices.

  • Contribute expertise to process mapping, functional design, and analysis workshops.

  • Collaborate with business process owners and subject matter experts to design technical solutions, balancing client needs with practical requirements.

  • Oversee ServiceNow solution delivery by estimating effort, developing user stories, and adhering to platform and process design standards.

  • Assist in testing implemented solutions to verify functionality and performance.

  • Create high-quality, consistent technical documentation that effectively communicates key details.

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced in deploying ServiceNow product suites such as HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.

  • Skilled in Service Portal development, with expertise in AngularJS and the ability to maintain custom directives.

  • Capable of automating Service Catalog requests and integrating with platforms like Active Directory, SCCM, Workday, and SaaS applications via APIs and microservices.

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (e.g., protocols, SMTP, POP3) and basic infrastructure components (applications, servers, networks, storage, cloud).

  • Familiarity with identity and access management principles, including LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.

  • Well-versed in Agile development practices.

  • Prior experience in a consulting environment, delivering solutions for diverse industries or clients.

  • Experience in Financial Services, Higher Ed, Utilities or Consumer & Retail industries is a plus.
